Edd Egg - Werewolf

Additional Triva:

The moon is Edd Egg's 3D preloader head, just without the face, much like at the beginning of Star Trek.

Straight-Guy now has a pose for facing forward to the camera. I use it for when he turns from one side to another (you may have to pause to see it).

The deer sex scene was different in the script. Originally, instead of the small bird, it was the two deer having sex, then the "stream" would reveal to be completely incorrect, like a motorway. But it was during the rewrites, the deer were at one point cut and then put back in, this time as the punchline. Mark's girlfriend Holly suggested the deer being in the wheelbarrow position.

"Now to exit, stage right" is a nod to Snagglepuss.

The wolf noises were partly sound clips of actual dogs/wolves and partly me. The werewolf noises were done by Alison.

The "song and dance" bit with Blarsa's "Garden Party" was originally scripted as being the Can-Can. I had even written lyrics for Edd to sing but when we discovered the Newgrounds Halloween contest rules said no copywritten music was allowed, we had to change it.

Edd's constant shitting during this episode was influenced by Mark. During the last Reading Festival we went to, the toilets are really not the ideal place to go. Regarding "Number Twos", most people just "hold it in", but for some reason Mark could not stop going. He wasn't unwell as such, but he had to go which was something we teased him for.

"It's a werewolf!" "Where?" "There!" "Where on the stair?" is a reference to the old song, "A Windmill In Old Amsterdam"(I saw a mouse! Where? There on the stair! Where on the stair? Right there!)

The "Vampires are pussies" line came during the rewrites. Originally Edd was going to list various famous ways of killing other monsters, like zombie headshots or water over witches, but I couldn't think of many good examples. In fact, the only examples I could think of were vampires. So we went with it and the "pussies" line just evolved out of it.

I was going to draw and fully animate the posh man at the very end, and even done some sketched designs. But time was running out to get this cartoon done by Halloween so I made him a silouette.
